Commerce Humane Association sponsors the Frank Barchard Memorial Animal Shelter, a no kill facility serving the area surrounding Hunt County, Texas. The shelter is supported by donations and is an all volunteer staff. The shelter is located just outside of Wolfe City off Hwy 11 at 661 CR4818. It is near the Mount Carmel Cemetery.
